NEO 2T suddenly loses resistance

On a climb on Zwift and half way up the mountain my rider comes to a complete stop as all power drops to 0.

Was previously showing as 250-300W, but then all resistance falls away. Feels like I'm free-wheeling the gears and no power shows up on Zwift.

Connected by Bluetooth and never had this issue before.

Restarted everything but still the same.

Any help?

When it happened to me, the electronic board had failed due to overheating.

I had to give it to service, and the unit was completely replaced because it was not repairable.

Did you smell something burning?

In any case, Garmin Support (Tacx had just been purchased in those months) was correct and solved the problem.

Thanks - spoke to them directly earlier too and that's what they advised
