I'm disappointed I just spent 1000€ to buy this home trainer and I have a grinding noise that appears from the first use, what can I do please?

I had the same problem after upgrading from Neo to Neo 2. There was a slight metallic griding sound when I used it for the first time. The solution is quite simple. You need to clean inner magnets of the small stuck-in metallic "dust" pieces left over after the assembly. I would recommend watching this video on how to do it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mavv8Ao57Pg . You will also need Tacx® NEO Disc Extractor tool. Garmin tech support will likely send it to you for free (via Express mail) if you call them.
