Does Neo 2T work with new Shimano 12-speed? I have 2 bikes (1 using 11-speed and 1 using 12-speed). The cassette mounted on my Neo 2T is 11-speed. Will it work with my 12-speed bike? It's too much work to change cassettes each time I need to use.

Shimano changed the free hub spline design for 12-speed cassettes (for mountain bike at least). The Shimano free hub supplied with the Tacx NEO 2T works with Shimano 8-speed to 11-speed cassettes.
To use a Shimano 12-speed cassette you will need to get the appropriate free hub for the Tacx NEO 2T.
I guess it won't work.
Why not use the bike with 11speed for the tacx ?
I was hoping that 11-speed cassette will work. I would like to tweak my bikefit on the trainer for both bikes.
Well, it's probably not recommended mix 11 and 12-speed, but WorldTour were doing this at the start of the year with mixed results.

I think it won't work, because while you could leave the 11 speed cassete that could work with its chain and perhaps be "compatible enough" with the 12 speed chain, the issue would be likely when shifting using the 11 speed cassete with the 12 speed derailleur as the gear indexing would not match. Which would force you to re-index your 12 speed Di2 read derailleur to match your 11 speed cassete. If you could swap the settings of the Di2 12 speed indexing easily between 11 and 12 speed, maybe that could be your workaround, but I don't have a Di2 bike and the app to know that for sure.
Unfortunately I think you may have to choose to set up your Tacx as 11 or 12 speed only as others already recommended, or as you said swap cassetes frequently.
