What you can see power wise depends on what you are recording the activity on, the connection type, and how the Tacx NEO 2T sensors are configured.
What are you using to record the activity and how is it connect (BLE or ANT+) to the Tacx NEO 2T?
The left right etc measurements can always be recieved and processed by adequate harware and software.via BLE or ANT+.
Based on what evidence?
Im using BLE and tacx app
When I ride a video, at least I can see a circular L/R power plot, but not independent L/R power. If I ride a workout I can only see the total power.
Once ride is uploaded, no platform (tacx, strava, garmin connect or trainingpeaks) shows L/R power data, metrics or stats.
Are you willing to accpept to folloeing?
a. THe program Golden Cheetah v3.5 connects to NEO 2T via Ant+. You can slect for display of left right balance.
b. With the free Goolge BLE api. you can get examples the power data-stream which includes data about left right balance. The free BLE dfocumentation gives inofrmation about the individual bytes of the powervectordata. They have servicenumber: '00001818-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb.
The Tacx software does not collect the left right values. The freeware program Glfden Cheetash v3.5 does, noly conectable via Ant+ (you need a Ant+ dongle for that)..
As the NEO2T has both BLE (=BT LE) and Ant+ sevices available, you can connect the NEO2T simultaneously with the Tacx app via BLE and Golden cHJeetash with Ant+. PC's can not always work well with both together. Try then to connect Tacx app on your Anroid device with BLE. .

I know the Tacx NEO 2T can give left and right balance but the OP is looking for independent left and right power metrics. Because the Tacx NEO 2T (and the other members of the NEO series) are in effect hub power meters it has no true idea of whether the power came from the left or the right pedal. It uses the output from the onboard cadence sensor to give a best estimate of the left and right balance.

Not much use if you are not a software developer or know someone who is.
Thank you for your help.
You say Tacx Neo2T doesnt record independent L/R power data but LR balance. You mean balance is something like 46/54? So, If I knew a ride average power, I could apply those % to total average to get and stymation of independent L/R average power?
Should I use an ant+ dongle to collect some kind of LR power data instead BLE?
Please do so. I am very interessed in the Tacx app ( be it tablet, phone or pc) collecting and displaying and sending it to Strava , via use of ANT+ instead of BLE connection.
