Tacx app - Activity paused

I have just set up my TACX machine and app. Each time I want to start riding it says "Activity Paused" Start pedaling to continue. I pedal and nothing happens

Frustrated. What should I do?

hello. anyone solution to this problem? I just got myself a new NEO 2T, and after few minutes pedaling , power goes to zero and activity pauses. It says start pedaling and nothing happens.

What application are you using on what platform with which connection type?

Applications are available for Windows 10/11 (through the Microsoft Store), Android, iOS and iPadOS with connection types of Bluetooth (4.0+) and ANT+.

Same issue here. You can see I’m pedaling and BT connected here. Can’t get it to stop pausing.

Three years later and still Garmin hasn't solved this. I just bought the Tacx Boost Bundle trainer. App connects to the trainer, but doesn't register when starting workout. Also, the speed sensor that goes on the wheel axle was dead on arrival. Contacted them via [email protected], but zero response yet. For almost $200, I expected something a little better.
