Worst service in the world?

Is the Tacx service the worst in the world? I bought a $1,500 Neo 2T, but had issues with the Tacx desktop crashing time and again. I contacted Tacx service, they made me work generating diagnostic reports, and what not, from my computer, but never generated a response. A few weeks later the service representative got back to me and said: 'sorry, still working on it". I waited another MONTH!!!, but heard nothing from them. Contacted them on Twitter, and then the service representative got back to me with something like: "Oh, yes, back in time when you sent us those diagnostic reports, our service people though some drivers on your computer are not up to date. Here is a link to a free website that can update your drivers" (Fellow riders, do not ever use these services, they are not safe). BTW, the drivers on my computer are all up to date.

I have given up, cancelled my subscription and have transitioned to Rouvy, which, by the way, is an amazing experience. But I must say that I am so disappointed with Garmin that I will also drop off the Forerunner platform that I have been on since 2006 (Garmin 205).
