temperature problem

Hello. I have a neo2t with v.38 firmware. i Use it for a year with no issues. But sudentlly after 10 minutes it lost power and i saw that temperature problem icon at the tacx utility. I unplugged it and left it for an hour and the utility was ok. I used it again and after again 10 minutes the same problem with temperature happened. Have anyone had issue like that?

    Your description is consistent with one of the cooling fans having failed.

    There are two thermostatically controlled fans. The fan towards the front of the unit cools the circuit boards and the fan at the rear of the unit cools the two load bank resistors.

    When the unit is powered on the fans run for a few seconds and can be heard.

    Unfortunately these are not a user serviceable part so you will need to contact Garmin Support for your country to discover what options are available to you.
