Afrer receiving and unpacking I opened the Tacx Training application and connected to the trainer. I was happy…
I use a Samsung S 21 smartphone (android 11) for connect.
Tacx Training suggested updating the current firmware 0.0.36 to the latest 0.0.38.
I confirmed the firmware was updated, but instead of 0.0.38 it became 0.0.0.
Strange, but ok ... I turned on the test ride in Tacx Training, started pedaling - the avatar was in place, strange ... I connected to Zwift, started pedaling - the avatar was in place ...
Realized that something was wrong. Looked in the Test dashboard - there are error "chip"
I contacted Garmin support, they recomend install firmware 0.0.20. After completing all steps, the firmware changed to 0.0.20, but the error remained, flashing red power light.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
I do not want to send to the dealer, because It is too long and difficult (different country, taxes)
