I can't get my chain on to the largest cog as the rear derailleur wont move over any further. There is a space between the sprocket housing and the bike frame that isnt on my bike. its as if the trainer is shifting the bike to the right.

Thanks Mate. after posting this question I figured this out. I bought my Neo 2T second hand and it came with a 11 speed on it. but the guy didnt provide me with the spacer.
Glad you figured out the problem. Hope the previous owner can find the spacer for you.
