Since last update 0.036 cannot connect anymore my HR monitor Polar H9.

Since last update 0.036 of Tacx Training for Tacx Neo 2T cannot connect anymore my HR monitor Polar H9 (the deviced is spotted but it is connecting and connecting and at the end nothing happened. I changed the battery, downloaded Polar Beat to be sure it is not the problem of the device -of course it is not, in bluetooth it is there) and tried in Tacx Training app PC and Iphone without success. Please do something.

I double check firmware 4.18.2 (8827) for Tacx Training app ios, So it is not 0,036 I cannot change the titlle

I was mislead by the first heading in the forum but I have the latest version 0.0.38.

So heading is more Suddenly I cannot connect with my HR Polar H9 with my Tacx Neo 2T with Tacx training apps in PC or IOS...
