Tacx NEO 2T crashed

Today, in the middle of training my tacx ran out of power and disconnected from the mobile phone application. 
Analyzing the device:
1. the transformer is working
2. the tacx receives power, but does not light any LED and has no resistance when I turn the pedals on the bike.
Has anyone had this problem, if so what was the solution.

I experienced nearly the same today. The Trainer lost the Résistance and deconnected Themen the Fan ran continuesly. I dont habe Andy Club how to solve it.

My unit is under warranty, garmin replaces it with a new one.
