Fluctuating/oscillating cadence

Hi,
I use my Neo 2T usually with my Edge 1030 (record only - power and speed/cad sensor, no trainer) and Golden Cheetah to set a gradient or follow a route. The cadence (on both) is nearly every time oscillating e.g. from 80-100 while a pedal relatively constant. Yesterday I recorded a training: Edge: (GSC10 Speed&Cadence Sensor) GC: Neo 2T - if I compare the two recordings I can see clearly the oscillating Neo 2T bot a stable GSC10
How can I solve this issue?
