I'm new on here and have just myself a Tacx Neo 2T for training on my climbing skills.
However, after installation, I can't get it right. I'm riding a Canyon Endurace with disc brakes and 11s Ultegra (11-34t).
I installed the same 11-34t Ultegra cassette on the Tacx but chain in rattling like crazy, hopping from ring to ring and the rear derailleur is hitting the plastic body so I can't even move to the 34t.
On the other side, the disc caliper is hitting the plastic frame as well, though this is not really a problem.
What can I do to sort out the derailleur problem. I've never fallen with the bike so the rear derailleur should be fine.
Setting up the 11s cassette, I did have to take off the small plastic ring closest to the Neo as otherwise my 11s would not fit.
