Tacx Neo 2T , replacement bearings / warranty

So it appears common knowledge the bearings will fail at some point, having had the Neo 2T since January 2021 I expect to request a replacement within a year if the part fails.

Does anyone know what warranty comes with the replacement bearing? another year? does it fall under the original warranty? in which event what happens if./when the replacement fails??

I bought a Neo 1 about 6 months after release. Last spring (way out of warranty) my free hub started failing. Sent a video and didn’t even ask for a part just guidance if it was the free hub or inner bearing. They sent me a free hub free. Had it in 5 days.

They are fairly serviceable too for most of the issues I see.

Remember. The 99.9% that never have an issue taxmycar don’t post so it seems an item has issues.

I pull the free hub and grease each fall. That’s about it for maintenance.
