Profile update

Why can I not update my profile. Nothing (photo, bike, location, biography) will save & the suggestion in Garmin does not work. The icons suggested in Garmin do not even appear. Please help

I can confirm this issue on my newly created cloud.tacx.com profile using Garmin Connect account.

I can edit my profile either in the Tacx Desktop app or in Garmin connect and if I make changes in one of them the changes sync with the other. In GC I click the profile/account icon top right then click edit profile, make the changes then click save. In Tacx Desktop app I click the three horizontal lines top left of page then click the user icon to the right of the three horizontal lines. Now click somewhere to the right of the menu options so those menu options disappear and I click the pencil icon to edit. Make the edits. There is no 'save' to click. The edits I make are saved anyway.

When did you create an account on cloud.tacx.com?

Did you integrate a previously created Tacx account with Garmin Connect?

Separate Tacx account created about 12 months ago when I bought the trainer. This was merged with my GC account when Garmin rolled that out more recently.

That's why you don't have this problem. IMHO this problem is related only to accounts created with Garmin Connect.
