I made the possibly stupid decision of buying a Tacx Neo 2T from REI Garage sale. All of the employees led me to believe that the item was just returned and with REI Garage sale you can't return the item. Well, I learned my lesson, the Tacx won't even turn on. I've tried multiple outlets and nothing lights up on the Tacx. The power brick just lights up green and blinks.
Does anyone have a solution? I'm sick to my stomach right now that I just purchased an $850 piece of plastic. Hopefully there's someone who can help me troubleshoot the issue. Thank you.
