Bluetooth not showing up

Hey All,

Tried hopping on zwfit today and saw that it couldn't find my neo 2t. Clicked on the bluetooth icon on my macbook and didn't see the usual TacxNeo2t name in available devices. Checked my phones bluetooth too and it also couldn't find the device. The lights are normal - kicks on bluelight when I pedal and the power light is solid red. Can't seem to find any answers with why neo 2t's bluetooth not showing up.

I don't use other devices to connect with my tacx, so I doubt it's an issue of being connected to something else. Any ideas?

Same here, my macbook doesn't connect to my Neo2T with either Bluetooth or ANT+ anymore. I understand that many others are having similar issues but no-one has posted a solution. I don't know whether the macbook has affected the trainer or the trainer has affected the macbook. My IPad connects Ok but it can't process video/film so I just select a slope profile and watch Netflix.

Please let me know if you do find a solution.
