Trouble: Linking not possible. Please try again later

I´ve done the linking of garmin and Tacx. And now I can´t use the desktop app anymore. Without any fault description rise a pop-up-window and says "Kein Einloggen möglich, versuchen Sie es später erneut."

I´ve written to the "support" and they have answered "please be patient. We have informed the support in USA about your problem....."

Do you are better and have a little help for me so that I can use my abonnement again?

  • The support gave a good hint: After De-Installation and new booting of the PC I've installed the Desktop App again. After this procedure connecting of Garmin and Taxc was successfull and the Tacx App works. Remarkable is that it's a new version of the Tacx App with a new layout. Is this the reason for the problems: doing two things at the same time?
