Just received a new NEO2T and it's making a very bad grinding noise. I've been in touch with Garmin support and they are supposed to be sending me an extractor tool this week. After i disassemble the unit they want me take pictures of the inside so they can further diagnose the issue. According to the TacxFaqx website, it's fine to use the trainer while it's making the noise. Curious if anyone else has had the same issue and used the trainer while it is making the noise?
