Tacx Desktop App & ANT+ devices

I'm trying to use ANT+ protocol with a proper antenna to connect my trainer, to reduce o solve the disconnection problems.

Is it correct that I have to press "Stop Searching" for ANT+ devices if I want Tacx Desktop App (TDA) is able to connect to the trainer?

If I do not press "Stop Searching" it starts to try connecting to the trainer without success.

Ho il nuovo tacx neo 2t. A me perde in continuazione la connessione, se non risolvono non lo faccio l'abbonamento per usufruire i servizi messi a disposizione da loro.
