HRM Dual connecting to app but not displaying BPM

Hi, I just got a Tacx NEO 2T. When connecting my Garmin HRM-Dual to my Iphone, I can see the sensor from inside the app but it doesn't show the BPM on the screen. Does anyone know what the issue could be?

This picture shows both devices connected (HRM dual and Tacx Neo2T trainer), you can see all the data coming from the trainer (Watt, Km/H and RPM) but the BPM is null.

Same for me, must be something wrong with the iphone app, works om pc and ipad;(

I’m using my iPad but still doesn’t work. It is working on my Edge 530, so its definitely a Tacx issue

I temporarily resolved this issue by using my iPhone vs iPad. It worked. Same iOS versions so I’m not sure what’s going on. Try it and let me know if it works for you.

Thanks! I don't have another Apple device to try it out (and to be honest I couldn't bother to connect it to my macbook), so I'll wait for a fix or just stick to my Edge 530.

I’m having exactly the same issue on my iPad iOS 14.2; but it works on my iPhone and Windows PC.

an advice for solving this issue is going to be highly appreciated.

Make sure it isn't connected to another app on your phone or another device (head unit). It's supposed to be dual BT, but...if it's connected to your phone and head unit then it won't connect to the NEO.

If you see the picture it is connected but wont display bpm

I am having the same problem. I can read the HRM on my Garmin 1030 but not on the Neo 2T. It reads in the Zwoft application but not in Tacx.

I have the same issue when using the iPhone (14.2). HRM dual is connected but bpm is not shown. Same thing when using it with the zwift app on the iPhone. It works when I use the tacx app or Zwift on my MacBook (10.15.7).

Could it be the Garmin connect app causing the issue? Until 19.11. everything worked fined. Then on 23.11. during the day I did an updated of Garmin Connect and since then it's not working anymore.
