Does anyone has bearing worn out and/or overheating problem?

I just watched the video and went from ready to buy a Neo 2T to probably won't. Seems the changes that have been made to the product since Tacx was acquired by Garmin were unnecessary and not customer friendly. Waiting two months for a replacement unit when a simple mechanical fix is possible (assuming you have the proprietary tool -- which it seems Garmin won't provide or sell to customers), who wants problems like that?

Good question!  The Garmin/Tacx teams have been working on a solution for customers to easily replace the bearings in their NEO Series Trainers that does not involve needing to use special tools other than theNEO Disc extractor tool and a 20mm Torx wrench. We plan on having the part available in the near future and will post an update here once it’s up on our website with an FAQ for installation instructions.

Definitely, we've got a Neo/Neo2 part coming soon as well.

No problems. If for some odd reason it does happen I am sure Garmin will make it right. Plus the 2T has a 24 month warranty. 

MDGr - It will vary a bit depending on where you are located, but we should start shipping them out to customers sometime next month!

However, if you are already having bearing issues with your 2T, it would be best if you could reach out to our Support team so we can get you all fixed up.

I live in Turkey, Istanbul and planning to buy neo2t but scared of issues. If I will have problems is your warranty valid in Turkey? I mean will your distrubitor in Turkey fix it in warranty terms as in UK?

I have done 1000 km on the tacx neo 2.... and it is now broken..... garmin is not service minded.... cheaper to buy a New
