Dysfunction and help

Hi,

I have a serious dysfunction with a new Tacx neo 2T.I I have bougnt it 5 mounth ago and it seems that there is a motor dysfunction with warm alarm.

The customer service says that we have to return the device and wait for a minimum of 4 weeks to know what to do with... I asked to know if there is a solution to wait because we are in preparation timpe and can't go out with the covid19. NO SOLUTION!!!!!

It unbeliveble: I bought a high standing model, it is not funtionel and everybody don't care.

I'm very disappointed about the firm that I used to be confident!!

    THAT IS DONE. No power when I try to do my training!!!!! You kiding me. No possibility to contact someone. no help. For a 1200 Euro device!!!
