TDA not working since yesterday - BETA cloud icon

Since yesterday, TDA is not working: I can still logon to TDA but it goes to a page with only an exclamation mark and at the top right of the window, the cloud icon is different and says "BETA"... I also cannot send a support ticket from the application. A friend of mine is experiencing the exact same issue.

  • Same problem here. I can log in to the Tacx Cloud and I can use the smartphone or iPad application. But the desktop application is not connecting to the Tacx Cloud. I have checked the problem exists even when I change computer or when I change user account. Tacx / Garmin, please fix this SAP and Extra PDQ!

  • Same problem. I cannot log in, even though I am using the correct user name and password. This started last Friday (6 March). The word 'Beta' appeared not only in the title bar, but also in the log-in popup. By Sunday, the log-in popup had changed, and no longer displayed the word 'Beta'. The problem still persists though: I cannot log in.

    Apparently, the app was auto-updated on my machine last Friday to version 1.11.13.0. I still had another machine with an older version of TDA, on which I was able to log in and submit a support ticket to Tacx. No reply yet on this ticket.

  • Reply from Tacx to my ticket: They acknowledge the problem. They have sent an update of TDA to the Microsoft Store to solve this problem. It should be available by Tuesday (tomorrow) 6 PM CET the latest.

  • Apparently the new version (1.11.14.0) of TDA is available in the Microsoft Store, and this fixes the problem.
