Unable to download films

Just purchased a new 2t Neo and downloaded the latest app from windows (last week). I have a premium membership. While I can stream the films, I can’t download any. The progress never gets past zero and after a minute or so, it says a problem occurred. I tried this on two different laptops with the same result. Tried at 1080P and 720P. Is this just a periodic server issue, or something worse?

Have a look in the download folder where Tacx stores the films. Delete the contents of the folder there and try to download the corresponding film again.

Tacx folder is empty.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop app. It is downloading now. I tried downloading a film before I started my premium membership and it prevented the download. Maybe that never reset after I joined up?

Without premium membership, nothing can be downloaded and streamed. Is your premium subscription also active? Click on Info in the lower left corner of the desktop app, there you will receive information about your current version and your membership.

It's same for me. I can stream, but not download. Tried on two different laptops. Tried changing the download folder, but didn't delete the contents. I think I also tried to download before my subscription.

I'll try reinstalling later today.

Same for me. I was already premium when I tried to download for the first time and it didn't work ("Something went wrong, please restart the download."). I've reinstalled and it's still not working. Any advice?

Just realized that it works at 720p, and that I need a special Premium membership for 1080p. So everything ok.

Yes, for 1080p you need a different subscription. The one I had was 30 day trial included with Neo and it's for 720p only.
