Tacx or Garmin site?

Hi guys,

what is the difference between buying from tacx or garmin? Isn't it the same model?

you can buy on Garmin site
you cannot buy on Tacx site as it reads: This device has not been authorized as required by the rules of the Federal Communications Commission. This device is not, and may not be, offered for sale or lease, or sold or leased, until authorization is obtained.
