I began a 2 hour ride today around 10:00 a.m. CST on my Garmin TacX Neo 2T trainer with my iPad as the controller. At the end of the ride I hit save and saw the confirmation screen that indicated it was safe to close and return to the main menu. My recorded activity does not appear in the Garmin TacX app or on Garmin Connect. I have tried force closing the Garmin TacX app and reopening it on my iPad. I have tried unplugging and plugging the TacX Neo 2T trainer back to power to see if it that helped. None of these things worked. Please help.
