Neo 2 with Alpine

Is Tacx Neo 2 compatible with Tacx Alpine? Has someone tried this combination? In their documents they state compatibility with Neo 2T and Neo 3, but they do not mention the Neo 2.

Apologies for the late response. Only Tacx NEO 2T and NEO 3M trainers receiving the latest 2.6.0 or later software updates are compatible with Tacx Alpine.

A few but not all late-model NEO 2 ("SE") trainers…

A few but not all late-model NEO 2 ("SE") trainers that can receive these software updates are compatible with Alpine. If the NEO 2 does not show an update available when connected to the Tacx Training App, it is not compatible with Tacx Alpine.
