Is the tacx neo 2 compatible with zwift ride?

Hi 4092150, thanks for your post and apologies for the delay.

The Tacx NEO 2 was produced with two different axle sizes. Newer NEO 2's with a larger 12mm axle designed for Thru-Axle bikes are compatible with the Zwift Ride frame. 
The older and smaller axle size designed for 9mm Quick-Release bikes is not compatible with the Zwift Ride frame (this also applies to the original Tacx NEO Smart).

(All NEO 2T models are compatible, but the Zwift Ride frame will not fit on a NEO 3M due to interference between the frame and trainer.)
