I updated my Neo 2 SE to firmware 2.6.0 and it no longer connected to my laptop over Bluetooth. I wanted to test it before buying Zwift click buttons but probably won't work without a stable Bluetooth connection.

It initially connects over Bluetooth but drops connection after a few seconds

Bluetooth was working before the update

Ant+ is still working

revord62 Please be sure the phone or computer running the Tacx App is restarted (powered off and on) before testing again.

Tacx trainers will only make one Bluetooth connection and would have occupied this connection with the Tacx App while installing the new firmware. If the NEO is still connecting to the Tacx App it will be unavailable for a new Bluetooth connection with Zwift's app.
