My Neo 2 no longer coasts...

My Neo 2 no longer coasts... when I stop pedaling, the cassette keeps turning and the derailleur gets stretched out and the chain pops up.

Any suggestions?

Apologies that I am late here, but this sounds like the classic behavior of a failed/seized/dirty freehub (cassette hub body). These are the same symptoms a traditional bike wheel would exhibit if the freehub needed serviced or replaced.
