Fly wheel doesn't spin

Hi all,

Here’s the issue:
I’m using a standard road bike with a 12-speed Shimano 105 cassette and a Tacx hub marked T2875-01. When I install the hub and cassette on the trainer, the hub spins freely without turning the large metal flywheel (the “dinner plate”). I suspect I might need some spacers or have missed something in the setup process.

Does anyone have any ideas?

This cassette body is compatible with 9-11 speed SHIMANO/SRAM cassettes. This version is used for trainers with Type 2 axles.

sorry, its actually an 11 speed, is this the correct hub?

Have you checked what axle type your trainer has (second link)?

So you mean to say that you have a special edition of Neo 2 (T2850.61)?
Then yes, the specified body is compatible.
