Shimano 105 11 speed cassette wobble

I have a Tacx Neo 2 which I'm struggling to mount a Shimano 105 11 speed cassette on. It wobbles slightly causing noise issues. I have no issues when I try to mount a Shimano ultegra. Any ideas what the issue could be?

I got the same issue on a NEO 2T with a 11 speed 11-34 CS-HG700 cassette.

The amount of wobble and the noise increases as I change from larger cogs to smaller cogs.

The 11 tooth cog is almost unusable.

I believe that 11 speed cassette needs a spacer (included with cassette) installed ahead of the cassette.

I used the spacer included with the cassette. The cassette is torqued to specs (40Nm) with no side-to-side play.

However I still have the wobble. Something is not sitting straight.
