Tacx Neo Bike Smart - left crank loosens

The left crank is getting looser and has a gap and space. Does anyone know how I can fix this. The plastic screw of the crank falls down and no longer holds.

Hi to all - I tried everything: longer screw, a bold on metal, also with locktight, enough power - nothing helps. After a few rides, the left pedal begins to loose again. Now I found the solution: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jmwDTjJR3V0

Seems an extreme solution, then I suppose fixed is fixed .

When I have issues with Shimano cranks I simply torque them, and keep checking for the first few hours of climbing I find the pinch bolt stretches/loosens but settles after . I've found similar approach works with tightening car wheels after powder coat etc
