Bluetooth light on but not connected to anything.

Hi,

My Tacx Neo 2 has worked flawlessly for nearly two years. Today I can't pair it with anything. I've tried Zwift on the iPad, Zwift on the iPhone, and the Tacx Utility on the iPad. The Neo does not show up as a device on any of these apps. On the trainer the blue Bluetooth light is on and remains on if I unplug the trainer then plug it in again. Any ideas?

  • Ok, problem mostly solved. My partner's Zwift app on her iPad seems to be taking my Tacx Neo's connection even though she is clearly only connected to her own Tacx Neo. When her Zwift app is closed my own Neo becomes available to connect. On the other hand, if I connect to my Neo first she can still connect to hers. Never happened before and we have ridden simultaneously many times.
