Lost rides

- has anyone had a response on this. Rides used to save now they just disappear- really frustrating after a tough training session

it's just happened to me now. I just rode a ride, finished it, saved it ... and i can't find it.
No good!

I'm using Tacx Neo 2T. and Tacx training software Version 4.24.0 (8830) on my MacbookPro. The Tacx Neo is connected via Bluetooth with my Macbook.
I rode all the ride with no problem. I finished it. I saved it. Everything seemed good but I can't find the ride on the Tacx training software dashboard.
Are you able to help me, please?

After years of Tacx Desktop working flawlessly it has completely lost two out of my three last rides.

Emailed support and looking forward to an answer .... really frustrating after a tough workout.

Happened to me today as well - already the second time.. Really frustrating that I pay for such *** Software
