my tacx neo 2 is overheating. I tried to contact support, but do not respond.

This happened to mine a couple of weeks ago. It is probably a failure of the cooling fan (s). I contacted Garmin Support in the UK, using the CHAT function on their support website.
They agreed to warranty replace my unit with a refurbished one, paying for return shipping with UPS. I dropped my unit off the same day {Monday) and had my replacement three days later (Thursday).
