Import workouts tacx desktop app

Hi,

Is there any way to import work-out files to the Tacx Desktop App (win10)? I have my own library of erg work-outs (either in .mrc, .zwo or .erg format) which I want to use in the tacx desktop app. So far I only see an option to import .gpx files?

For Zwift this is easy to do (just put the .zwo files in workout folder), which is the reason I've been using Zwift instead of tacx (but would like to switch, this is the only thing that's holding me back).

Thanks!

Michiel

  • Having the workout on Tacx would be first price but the workouts do get loaded to Garmin and in my case your Edge 830 device. So just setting a slope and ride  according to the Edge 830 workout  instructions should also work.  Advantage is the latter difficult part of the workout, you do not have a forced resistance and the opposite, you can produce more especially in sprint workouts.  Well, I will give it a try this afternoon.
