Heart rate sensor and cadence sensor not connecting

I use a Wahoo Kickr (connects perfect) and the Garmin sensors that came with my Garmin Edge.

The heart rate and cadence sensors do not connect properly, the Device Management screen keeps saying "Connecting".

If I usecthe same senors in Zwift they connect without any problem.

Batteries are fresh, my Tacx Ant+ sensor is working fine and is no further than 1 meter away, probably closer.

Sometimes if I start a training anyway, cadence and heart rate is properlt displayed, sometimes not.

Pretty anoying.

Any suggestions?

Same for me but with Polar H9. In fact I can manage to have it working but only after spending at least 10mn each time and switching on and off the bluetooth of the mobile phone but it is very exasperating and sometimes I struggled more than 25mn and that is ruining my practice.

CAN GARMIN FIX THIS VERY ANNOYING PROBLEM THAT I NEVER HAD WITH ELITE DRIVO AND WAHOO HR OR WITH POLAR H9 HR DEVICE???

Same here. I want to use the HRM1 or the HRM Run with the Tacx App on a Windows 10 Laptop and a USB dongle to connect Ant+. It works fine with Zwift, but not with the Tacx App - no connection to the HRM at all. This is very annoying.
