Tacx Neo App - no analytics after the migration to Garmin account.

Hi Colleagues,

Just wanted to check, whether this is only my issue, or a common pattern.

Since my account was successfully migrated to Garmin the analytics about the ride are no longer accessible via Tacx App (on Samsung Tablet).

is it just my individual issue or all, who have been migrated no longer have access to the analytics via Tacx App, but only via Garmin connect?

Hey there, I realized that slope data are lost or at least not visible anymore either in TACX App or Strava. I created a SLOPE workout but in the activity summary there's no profile shown and, hence, neither in Strava. Earlier, it worked well .... what happened then ?

Yes, the same on my side. the slope is no longer available / recorded in the slope training - hence - no elevation data neither in Garmin nor Strava.
It would be great if Garmin revises their decisions and brings this slope climb information back.
