Has anyone been able to combine workouts and films in Tacx Desktop App?

I downloaded some movies and would like to do workout (ERG mode) and watch a Tacx film.

If I select a workout, click on "Browser for Movie" and select my movie in the pop-up window, I simply don't have an option to confirm my selection. Looks like an "ok" button or something is missing, see:

I can only close the window with ESC key but then no movie is selected.

Any ideas anyone?

that's interesting. So looks like developers forgot to add an 'ok' button and now no one can watch films during workout and garmin does not really seem to care... amazing :-/

According to Garmin support this has been fixed with a recent updated. they said this happened in the background so the App would still state 23.12.2020 as latest update date.

I reinstalled the app, but still no luck. Can anyone confirm the fix? Is now a button visible?

I can't see any of my downloaded movies when I tried to do the same thing and when I've gone back today the train with movie option has been removed on my version of the desktop app (Mac/iOS). Incredibly frustrating considering the premium price of a Neo trainer.

Same issue here, tried to re-install the app without improvement. Curious to actually forget an ‘OK’ button and the dev-team doesn’t notice.

Are u using an iPad? Came across similar issue today with training plans with no play button. If u are, try going into settings/ Safari/ request desktop website and disable the function.

Hi Mike, I forgot to mention I’m on Windows 10.

Through Tacx-Garmin Support I got feedback that the feature is indeed not available right now. No timeline to resolution was given.

Has there been any resolution on this? I'm having the exact issue with my brand new Neo 2T and the Tacx Training app - it shows the downloaded film but gives no way to confirm the selection.
