L’ost activity

Hi, I made and saved a ride this afternoon but it seems to be lost ... It is not visible in tacx app, garmin connect nor in Strava. How can I recover it ?

If you have these files i think there is a chance to be uploaded after the service will be recovered:

Too many problems with tacx. I have premium trial since 5 days ago, but I have allready found out that I don't want this program ...…

No. The problem is not solved. You've just got your activity after hours.

You coud expect same problem again.

Today’s ride showed in cloud immediately. Hopefully they solve your problem too.

It didn’t work on 24 and 27....otherwise all the other days it did work

I just finished a ride and it did not save it! Last week it also happend, but yesterday it was fine! I will send them an email again

Definitely, the support is slow, inefficient and 'silent' ... thinking of moving to other training driver i.e. Zwift....

I bought Tacx not Garmin !! Garmin has money but not know-how ...

Zwift locally save the ride ... Garmin is so arrogant or unable to make it !!

I have the same with desktop app. It is unacceptable to lose activity if Tacx app is used for training purposes. I am with Tacx since March 2019 and I like Tacx app but now I am thinking about moving to Zwift. Maybe it is solution... :-(

I just finished Two rides on 27.12. and one today and the activities are not visible.

After the rides i got the Message that the Upload is not possible.

All this happens after the Transfer from Tacx to Garmin Login.

Today I have lost other ride. Interconnection Tacx-Garmin is horrible.
