L’ost activity

Hi, I made and saved a ride this afternoon but it seems to be lost ... It is not visible in tacx app, garmin connect nor in Strava. How can I recover it ?

If you have these files i think there is a chance to be uploaded after the service will be recovered:

Too many problems with tacx. I have premium trial since 5 days ago, but I have allready found out that I don't want this program ...…

unfortunately not, I immediately called after the ride with Strava Support Netherlands. they said the ride is sometimes uploaded later. we will see

there must be a problem with the backend:

Here in Holland also no upload today. Also I friend of my have the same problem. Problem startet after the connection Sith Garmin Connect
