training app

hi there.

I spent over an hour trying to understand what happened and why i couldn't use the training app. After realising I had to upgrade i did so in my three devices: I have used my laptop with windows 10, my telephone with Android and my ipad.

I couldn't log in to the tacx training app. had to reset my password. Then i realised it was the garmin account I was logging in with when tried to use garmin connect... tbh what a nightmare.

After the upgrade / integration between tacx and garmin I no longer can see my activity in the tacx trainin app neither on cloud.tacx.com.  After looking around and logging to garmin connect, i saw my activity is there. why is this? I really don't want to be flipping from app to app. how can i correct this situation?

I am really confused and to be honest disappointed as just upgraded to premium and haven't been able to use it properly.

BTW, had to use ask a question in "tacx neo 2" section  as didn't see where to ask for the tacx training app.
