Dear Garmin team, I have a brand new T2 trainer with no reaction on the cadence sensor what makes any indoor training on Zwift or other training programs almost impossible as the resistance is always reduced so much that I cannot ride without a cadence of +120. I also cannnot update the SW as it is on version 0,0,37 and the latest one publically available is 0.0.36.
The red light is flashing, what indicates that there was a problem with the SW update but cannot restore / downgrade. Sometimes the cadence sensor is highlighted in yellow in the app, sometimes not.
I need quick and urgent help otherwise this very expensive product is not usable.
