0.0.36 problems

Has anyone updated to the latest firmware on the NEO 2T? After performing the update (the app said its reached 100%) my trainer has a flashing red power light.

I've tried the suggestions from the support page: https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=izuiKT7Iwj3die6todVKQ8 but its still indicating an error.

I was sent a new trainer. I think the new trainer came with the 0.34 firmware on it (I would need to check).

Hello.
I have the same problem with NEO 2T, but after updating to 0.0.38.
Please tell me how you solved your problem?

I was unable to fix it on my own. I was still within my warranty period so I sent it back to Garmin and they sent me a new one. I'm hoping new versions of the NEO will have a way to update firmware using a physical connection instead of wireless, and that they'll add a button to re-flash to the firmware that was working to enable users to resolve theses issues on their own.

I'm planning on never updating my firmware on the Neo2t because I'm scared of a similar problem happening again.

I have warranty, but i'm from Ukraine and bought in Germany and the replacement is damn complicated..

It is enough for Garmin to abandon the extremely idiotic way of updating the firmware via a mobile application. To update the firmware, there must be a utility on the computer connected to the trainer via the ANT+ channel. In addition, it is clear that at their factory no one runs around with a mobile device to upload the firmware to the trainers being produced.
