Hi, I have a Neo 2 and have not used the windows desktop app much, however since this whole isolation thing kicked off, thought I would check it out.
I only have the free account and a week or so ago there were only 4 x free films in the Tacx app (Windows) which I rode without issue. I see there is no a whole slew of new films that appear to also be free.
When I try and ride them, there are two issues, firstly the film stream fails (I have a solid 100/40 internet connection) and secondly the trainer does not respond to gradient changes.
In the end I give up and go and use Zwift again. Anyone else having issues with either streaming the films or controlling their Neo?
