I'm having the same stuck in 'entering bootloading' that many others have. I noticed when I check to make sure no other BT devices are paired to my phone (Galaxy S9) I can see the NEO 2T is available but I cannot pair it. When I try, I get a momentary 'pairing' notification then it stops and the NEO 2t stays under the 'available' section.
