Hi! Updated my Neo 2 smart today to 0.0.34 and afterwards the cadence is absolutely in the bin. I don’t know what it recognises but the numbers shown in Zwift are of by factor 2 to 3.
Anyone else experiencing this and what are possible solutions?

Hello, same problem too. Tried to downgrade to 0.0.18 then 0.0.15 still the same issue with cadence and Zwift.
Only the 0.0.0 has no problem.
At least you where able to downgrade to 0.0.15 o 0.0.0 procedure is TOO difficult and doesnt work for me.....

Update: firmware version 0.0.18 has been released, but has not been effective for resolving all issues related to cadence with Neo 2. It has fixed the issue for Zwift, but has created cadence issues in other applications, including the in-house Tacx Desktop App. Tacx are currently testing beta version 0.0.19, so if you are experiencing this issue, please contact Tacx Support if you want to try the beta.

I have tried to download and update the 0.018 following your procedure .......But, it is a zip file i couldn't put in the tacx app. need step by step help...... or......should I wait until you solved for all ??? very difficult problem to solve.......all created by you !!! before update to 0.0.34 all was fine !!!! desperate customer........i will switch back to Elite......

i don't use Zwift, i ride with Trainerroad and there all is fine, you tried to contact Tacx Support by mail or Facebook?
I use trainer road too. same problem...no cadence. yes. tacx offer me to exchange the trainer for a new one.......unfortunately I live in a country they do not have same policy........i will wait until lockdown go away.....and will exchange it.......for an Elite or Bcool !!!
