NEO 2 new Firmware 0.0.34

Ha, it was wife's bike with short cranks and kick stand causing capasitor based cadence sensor to show 0. So no issues for me

it looks like the firmware update is good for short intervals, yesterday i made 15x1minutes intervall on trainerroad and 2 sec before the intervall started i feel there come the resistance change a little bit earlier now, so, that you are at the beginning of the intervall on your target power!

I tried updating using the Android Tacx Utility app and it fails to do the "Entering bootloader" stage but whenever I try to ride in Zwift now using Training Peaks workouts the power readings are always super low. Even if I pedal up to power it keeps going down to 100 watts by default and won't move from there. Please help.

So after completely pulling the plug the current version seems fine and watts are back to normal. Still can't seem to update the tacx though.

I tried updating to, this night 6 Feb 2020. Now used 3 hours, turning on and off and I'm tired of trying. After either 4 minutes or 10 min the blue light stops and therefore the utility app just stood still in entering....! Nothing happened. I did everything as I should, so still at 0.0.32

To all who experience issues with an update: have you disconnected tacx from other devices? I noticed that even my Apple TV was on sleep mode, the charge was still connected to it. After I unplugged it, the trainer updated with no issues.

Usual "entering bootloader" mode which lasts forever.

At first I:

- rebooted my phone

- disconnected all of the other devices using Bluetooth (speakers for instance)

- forced close apps using Bluetooth (it did work with Garmin Connect IQ but it did NOT with Garmin Connect)

What did work was going to : settings - apps - (Tacx) utility - clear app cache

It does work then. Let me know :)

This worked for me the exact steps I had to do was all of the "at first" items and then I cleared the whole app data instead of just the cache. 

After that everything worked like a charm! Thank you for all the help!

Did the same as you Harnex12 and it worked a treat. Thank you that this forum exists and all the great posts. I am now no longer frustrated with technology that stops working.
